Online Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send a return back to us.

All sale and pre-loved items are non-returnable unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

RETURN ADDRESS:                

We advise all returns are sent to the following address, by post, via recorded delivery and that you retain proof of postage - Diffuse Retail Ltd, 12-14 Smith Street, Warwick, CV34 4HH
 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. We will assess the issue and look to make any relevant corrections in as timely manner as possible.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as earrings, opened beauty products, underwear, sale items and pre-loved items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are unfortunately not available online. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is sent, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
